Terms of Service
・When you receive a reservation completion email from us, the contract with the customer is complete.
・There is no cancellation fee if you cancel up to the day before. If you cancel on the day due to your own reasons (including lateness and cancellation without permission), a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel, we will send you an invoice with the bank details, so please make the transfer within 5 days. If you do not make the transfer, we will take legal action.
・Cancellations for Charter boat bookings are free up to 7 days in advance.If you cancel after that date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
・The local meeting time is 20 minutes before the departure time, including preparation time. When the departure time arrives, we will depart on schedule. If you are late, it will be treated as a cancellation due to customer's reasons and a cancellation fee will be charged.
・For customers who wish to be picked up and dropped off, if you are late for the pickup time of the meeting, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer's reasons.
・The Blue Cave Council will decide on the day whether safe navigation cannot be guaranteed (cancellation due to bad weather such as wind, waves, and dense fog). We will contact you after that. There may be cases where the cancellation is made at the last minute due to sudden changes in weather. Please be aware of this in advance.
・We are not responsible for wet or dirty clothes during the tour.
・We do not allow boarding in shoes with heels as it is dangerous.
・We are not responsible for damage or loss of mobile phones, cameras, video equipment, etc. due to falling into the water or being submerged in water.
・We are not responsible for any accidents that occur while your car is parked.
・Payment is by cash only
・Insurance is included in the price.
・Please fill out the passenger list when you check in.
